Urocomm Points Program Terms and Conditions

Points can be used to redeem products
(hereinafter referred to as "Products"). Detailed productinformation, redemption procedures, including all limitations and conditionsfor redeeming products, are available for review on the "Urocomm"APP. Your points are eligible for redeeming designated products within the 【Points Mall】 section of the "Urocomm" APP.

1. Points Explanation

1.1 "Points" refer to creditsthat users can acquire through the methods described below and redeem forcorresponding benefits (including but not limited to products, coupons, etc.).

1.2 Points will be automatically issued tousers after completing payments for WiFi router top-ups, eSIM top-ups, WiFi
router purchases, or eSIM purchases within the "Urocomm" APP. Points are calculated and rounded to the nearest whole number according to the
following standards:

• Payment Currency: US Dollar (USD) → 1 USD is equivalent to 1 Point.

• Payment Currency: Japanese Yen (JPY) → 10 JPY is equivalent to 1 Point.

1.3 After purchasing a product, users mayrequest a refund in accordance with the applicable return policy. Upon order refund, the points generated from that product purchase will be canceled. If data from the original order that generated the points has been used, pointswill be deducted proportionally based on the refunded amount and rounded to the nearest whole number. If data from the original order has not been used, all associated points will be canceled. If the user's account point balance is less than the points corresponding to the refunded order, the system will deduct the corresponding points, potentially resulting in a negative point balance for the user's account. This negative balance will be offset by newly acquired points.

1.4 Points are valid for 36 consecutive
months from the date of issuance, expiring on the last calendar day of the 36th month. If any points are canceled, deducted, or invalidated according to the rules, the remaining adjusted points automatically become the final points.

2. Points Redemption Platform

You may redeem points within the Points
Mall on the "Urocomm" APP.

3. Points Redemption Process

Points can be used to redeem designated products in the Points Mall. The process is as follows:

Redemption Process: Users can select the desired product in the Points Mall on the "Urocomm" APP, click 【Redeem】, and confirm a second time to proceed with real-time redemption. A redemption record will be generated, which can be viewed in your 【Redemption History】.

4. Handling After Point Deduction

Once your points redemption is successful,the corresponding points will be deducted from your account's remaining balance for the designated product from the Points Mall. Once the redemption is confirmed, the points used will not be refunded.

5. Miscellaneous

• By participating in the points redemption program, users acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• No compensation or indemnity of any form will be provided for points not used within their validity period.

• Successfully redeemed products cannot be canceled or exchanged.

• We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify all or part of the points redemption program in cases of fraud, technical failures, or any
other factors beyond our reasonable control that impair the normal operation or integrity of the program.

• We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who interferes with the redemption process, violates the normal
rules of the program, or engages in unethical behavior.
